You connect with existing clients to make sure our leads are reaching the highest conversion possible. Dealing with complaints and implementing solutions as well as working on acquisition to expand our territories. You communicating on a daily basis with our clients, explaining and guiding them to ensure they understand- and have the highest satisfaction of our service and bring the highest margin possible.
As a real performer you will be in charge of the French, Dutch, UK, Belgian and German speaking accounts and oversee all the sales negotiations to ensure the weekly gross objectives are met. This includes defining clear parameters of leads with our clients and ensuring the head of call center is up to date of the criteria to deliver high quality leads. You will also handle and resolve complaints from clients, determining prices and lead volumes on a weekly basis all the while monitoring performance based on statistics.
Between the day to day management of clients you will, with a consultative selling approach, thrive on both prospecting to grow the territory and maintaining strong relations with our existing.
You will report directly to the general director and work closely with the marketing manager and it’s team as well as the head of the call center. Your focus is our clients but for this you will be aware of the whole sales pipeline of life of a lead.
Furthermore you will have under you the account managers for Portugal, Spain and Italy.
This full time position is available immediately as our current account manager is leaving. You will be handed all the accounts by the end of this month. After which you will be expected to carry the role independently. It will be at least 80% office based, in our new and modern office in Leiden, with a 7 month or two year contract and a personal parking space. Contract duration will be based on experience and language skillset.* The position includes occasional business travel, once Corona pandemic allows for better travel possibilities.
